Semi-Private training is a great way to use all the benefits of personal training in the most affordable way.
We offer different kinds of semi-private training:
StrongOver50 – specialty program for ladies over 50 or those who is recovering from injuries/surgeries. Please check the StrongOver50 tab above for more info
Semi-Private for teenagers. Vera is a Certified Youth Fitness Specialist, and she works with local teenagers to help them get fitter, lose weight (if that is requested), help them perform better at their choice of sports, and learn overall healthy eating habits. These sessions are always high energy!
Semi-Private 1-4 people. These sessions are for people who are not quite ready to join bigger group sessions and want to build up their strength and endurance in a small group setting. Mealplans and nutrition support is provided as well as regular weigh-ins and fitness assessments.
