We provide you with not only one-on-one personal training, but also with nutritional plans to support all your hard work in the gym. We have quite a few packages to choose from – choose one that is best for you!

One-on-one. One-on-one personal training is the most effective way to start your transformation journey. We help you set your goals, come up with the best way to achieve them and get you there faster than anywhere else. Working with a trainer individually provides you with their undivided attention so you know for sure you are performing exercises correctly and do not face any injuries. Your trainer also helps you take progress pictures and measurements – one day you will look back and be absolutely amazed at the incredible progress you have made!

Double trouble.  Want to invest in personal training but can’t quite afford the price for one-on-one training? Bring a friend to work out with you! You will get all the same benefits as in one-on-one training package but will have more fun working out with a friend!

Better with friends. If you have 2-3 friends who want to start exercising with you but want more of an individualized plan rather than participating in class workouts, then this package is for you. You receive an individualized workout plan as well as a meal plan, and you have fun working out with your friends and sharing your progress!
